Return or Exchange

At Flames of Candle, each candle is hand-poured with care and quality-checked before shipping. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of damaged goods.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of scent, or personal preferences.

Damaged Items

If your candle jar arrives broken or damaged, we will gladly offer a replacement.
To qualify for a exchange due to damage:

  • The customer must record an unboxing video clearly showing the parcel being opened and the damage.

  • The video must be uncut and recorded from the moment the package is opened.

  • Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for return or exchange.
